ABOUT OUR PLANTS

Your outdoor space is just an extension of your indoor space.  Functionality and beauty are the two main concepts when adding plants to your garden, and we try to supply them both.

Before Blackcreek Nursery opened for retail in 2021, we grew plants for retail and wholesale customers for over 40 years.  First and foremost, we are a plant propagator and grower.  We may source some plants from reputable growers, but many of our plants are our own - bringing them up from seeds or cuttings, watching them grow from babies into mature plants that are ready for their place in your garden!  Our greatest joy is watching plants grow!  

Camellias & Tea Plants

We grow and sell ornamental Camellias & Camellia sinensis Tea plants.  Every grower is different from another.    That's why you will find a great diversity among Camellia growers as to what they grow and sell.  We have over 500 Camellias in our garden, including some of our own introductions.

Plant Shipping No Longer Available

Effective March 1, 2025, after 35 years of providing Camellias and Tea plants to happy customers throughout the USA,  we no longer offer retail shipping for our plants.  High shipping prices, coupled with the increased cost of supplies, have made it impossible to provide a fair price on Camellias that are shipped. We welcome you to visit our nursery and shop for plants here!
